StyledGrapheme

Struct StyledGrapheme

Source
pub struct StyledGrapheme { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

One grapheme, the width it occupies, and its logical style.

A renderer cannot split a grapheme cluster or a wide character, because it never sees text below this granularity, and it cannot disagree with the layout pass about a width, because the width it needs is in the token.

Implementations§

Source§

impl StyledGrapheme

Source

pub fn symbol(&self) -> &str

Source

pub const fn width(&self) -> usize

Source

pub const fn style(&self) -> &TextStyle

Source

pub fn space(style: TextStyle) -> Self

Creates one cell-wide blank carrying style.

Renderers use this when a presentation layer replaces a resolved glyph while retaining cell styling such as its background color.

1.0.0 (const: unstable) · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
