Image components and terminal graphics adapters for Urushi.
Core urushi reserves and resolves image regions through its generic anchor
contract. This crate owns the image data, presentation, placement lookup,
and terminal-protocol adapters layered on those resolved regions. One-shot
rendering stays stateless; an interactive renderer may retain
kitty::KittyLifecycle for Kitty upload and placement reuse or
sixel::SixelLifecycle for encoded Sixel band reuse.
Modules§
- kitty
- Stateless and retained Kitty graphics presentation.
- sixel
- Stateless and cached immediate-mode Sixel presentation.
Structs§
- Cell
Size - Terminal-cell dimensions requested for one image placement.
- Graphic
Placement - One renderer-neutral image placement derived from an Urushi anchor.
- Image
- Prepared image content and the identities of its asset and placement.
- Image
Presentation - Canonical policy for composing an
Imageinto a fixed cell rectangle. - Pixel
Position - Pixel coordinates within a prepared raster.
- Pixel
Size - Pixel dimensions of a prepared raster.
- Rgba
Raster - Immutable, prepared RGBA pixels identified independently from a placement.
Enums§
- Graphics
Preference - Caller-selected policy for terminal image output.
- Graphics
Selection - The graphics path selected for one terminal presentation.
- Graphics
Unavailable - Why an explicitly requested graphics path cannot be used.
- Invalid
Rgba Raster - Why RGBA bytes cannot form a prepared raster.
Functions§
- image_
placements - Returns the image placements embedded in
viewafter layout resolution. - render_
resolved_ images - Renders caller-supplied images over an already resolved View.
- render_
view - Resolves and renders one complete View at the terminal’s top-left cell.
- select_
graphics - Selects the graphics path from caller policy and positive terminal evidence.
